New Hampshire Senate Democrats Break Another Fundraising Record

Concord, NH—The New Hampshire Senate Democratic Caucus announced today that, following a previous record-breaking report in June, it has broken the fundraising record for this reporting period. Raising over $321,000 and closing with around $300,000 cash-on-hand, this is the strongest financial position any New Hampshire caucus has ever reported at this point in the cycle.

The previous fundraising record for this window was $255,653.73, set by House Democrats in 2023.

This filing also reflects remarkable momentum. During the same period last cycle, Senate Democrats raised $110,888.71 and held $80,860.57 on hand, a shift that underscores the growing energy behind efforts to flip the chamber in 2026.

That momentum is showing up in grassroots engagement as well: the caucus saw a 2,800% increase in individual donors compared to this time in 2023.

“This is another incredible milestone for our caucus,” said Senate Democratic Leader Rebecca Perkins Kwoka (D-Portsmouth). “Granite Staters are sending a clear message: they connect with our More Money In Your Pocket Agenda, and they want a Senate that fights for their everyday economic freedom. This record-breaking support shows that we are building an organization capable of creating this change for Granite Staters, and the energy behind our work is only growing. We’re building the operation it will take to win a majority and make people’s lives more affordable, and these numbers show that Granite Staters believe in that mission.”

The surge comes as more Granite Staters voice frustration with the Republican majority’s decisions this year to cut housing investments, reduce support for public schools, and weaken crucial services for families. Voters are also rejecting Republican efforts to rig the maps for New Hampshire’s Congressional districts and undermine checks and balances in state government.

“This momentum leaves no doubt: We are in it to win it,” said Robert Christmann, Executive Director of the Senate Democratic Caucus. “These numbers show we will have the resources to hold Republicans accountable and take back the majority. We’re scaling fast, we’re breaking records, and we’re doing the early work needed to win.”

All 24 State Senate seats will be on the ballot in 2026, and Senate Democrats are aggressively laying the groundwork to retake the majority.
